Mixed-Use Project Proposed at 3326 Washington St. in JP
A proposed 40,450 square foot project is now under review for 3326 Washington Street in JP. The plans call for a 5-story building to feature 47 rental units, along with two ground-floor commercial spaces. 32 of the units would be compact living units under the city's new guidelines and 11 units would be affordable. The design concept for the Project embraces and enhances the spirit of the Jamaica Plain community through a series of cascading terraces featured prominently at the corner of Washington Street and Glen Road.
