Simpson Housing has acquired the Highlands at Dearborn, located in Peabody, MA for $153.05 million.
Highlands at Dearborn is a 446-unit multifamily property that consists of one, two and three-bedroom apartment homes housed in 18 separate 3-story and 3-4 story split buildings. This class-A apartment community on Boston's North Shore market represents one of the largest single property developments in the state.
