Notice of Project Change at 45 L Street
The five-story residential building in the heart of South Boston consisting of 30 new residential condominiums, primarily market-rate, with 4 affordable units with 1,009 square-foot ground-floor commercial space along with 32 parking spaces in a grade-level garage was approved by the BRA/BPDA Board of Directors on October 16, 2014, and by the Zoning Board of Appeal on November 25, 2014, as a project consisting of thirty (30) residential condominium units, one (1) commercial unit and thirty-two (32) garage parking spaces.
At this time, owing to prevailing market conditions, the developer (Peter Leoutsakos) is requesting to change the Project from a condominium project to a rental project.
