Notice of Project Change at Innovation Square
The developers of Innovation Square at 6 Tide Street in Boston's Seaport District have filed a notice of project change for the project.
The proposed changes would add 10,000 square feet of local retail, restaurant, and services space along Northern Avenue, as well as 45 parking spaces.
Amenities at Innovation Square will include a collaboration center, a fitness center, and green space. Innovation Square will feature 60 on-site parking spaces, in addition to bicycle storage. The building will feature on-site rapid transit access and is located across from Harpoon Brewery, minutes from Downtown Boston, Logan Airport and Interstates 90 and 93.
