Permit Pulled for $3.2M Buildout at 116 Huntington
A permit has been pulled for the build-out of the 14th & 15th floors at 116 Huntington in Back Bay. The $3.2 million permit includes new restrooms on each floor and the addition of an interconnecting staircase. The property was acquired by Columbia Property Trust in 2015 for $152M and underwent an extensive lobby, terraces, and exterior renovation in 2017.
