Permit Pulled for Fire Alarm Install at 100 Shawmut
With structural steel framing rapidly rising, a permit has been pulled for fire alarm install at 100 Shawmut in the South End. The 13-story tower will feature 138 luxury condos along with ground floor cafe space. As part of the project, the development team is preserving the facade of the historic & beam office building that stands on the site.
