Pierce Boston nears February 2018 opening, finishing touches underway
Finishing touches to the interior and exterior of Pierce Boston, the new 30-story luxury tower located at the gateway to the booming Fenway neighborhood, are underway in advance of the tower’s scheduled opening in just over a month. The tower’s striking glass facade is essentially complete, and luxurious finishes have been almost fully installed throughout apartments, condominiums and amenity spaces. Pierce Boston features 109 condominiums and 240 apartments available for sale and lease, respectively. Apartments are located across floors three through 18 of Pierce Boston, and condominiums are located across floors 19 through 29. The tower’s 30th floor features a Levity Lounge exclusive to condominium owners featuring a library, a fitness center, a private dining room and the highest situated outdoor pool in the City of Boston.
