East Boston Community Development Corporation's proposed project at 191 Sumner Street is currently under review.
The proposed $18.7 million project involves the construction of a new 42-unit seven-story building and the renovation of an existing 26,800 square foot building currently on the same site in Maverick Square, in East Boston.
