Related Beal Files LOI for A Street Site
Related Beal has filed a letter of intent for a 1.1M square foot mixed-use project on the 244-248A Street site in Fort Point. The project would include a roughly 366,000 square foot residential building, an office building of approximately 334,000 square feet, and a 400,000 square foot lab/r&d building. The residential and office buildings would be around 180 feet tall with the lab building at 123 feet. The project would also include significant public realm improvements plus new parks and open space.
