Site Work Underway for Kendall East
With demo complete, site work is now underway for the upcoming mixed-use project Kendall East. The 211,000 square foot two-building development will include 136 residential units along with retail space and parking for 142 cars.. An expansive half-acre courtyard will connect the parcels along First, Hurley, and Charles Street providing green space for residents and the neighborhood. Construction of the complex is expected to be completed in 2021.
