Small Project Application Filed for 500 Talbot Avenue in Dorchester
Official plans have been filed with the city for the new development at 500 Talbot Avenue. The plans call for a four-story, 49,5000 sf mixed-use building. The development will revitalize an unused church and create 40 residential units along with 1,815 sf of interior church space, as well as 3,000sf of retail space.
The site is located just a few blocks from the Ashmont MBTA station.
