Spotify Leases 4 Floors at 1 Center Plaza
Spotify, USA will be the newest tenant at 1 Center Plaza. The digital music service has just agreed to terms consisting of 73,891 square-feet of space amassing 4 floors, levels 6-9.
Built in 1966, the building is an existing nine-story, 741,000 square foot, 900-foot long office and retail building located across from the Government Center transit station and Boston City Hall. Center Plaza is currently home to additional tenants including Localytics and Salsify. A 525-space parking garage is located underneath Center Plaza.
