Suffolk Refinances New Headquarters for $50 Million
Suffolk Construction has refinanced their new headquarters at 65 Allerton Street in Roxbury for $50 million via East Boston Savings Bank.
Completed expansion of construction manager Suffolk Construction's existing headquarters facility by 38,000 square feet with new office and amenity space.
Amenities include an auditorium, collaborative workspace, a new cafeteria, a salon, a massage room, a fitness and wellness center, new conference rooms, a ground-floor outdoor patio, and a second-floor outdoor terrace.
