The Auerbach Center, future Boston Celtics practice facility at Boston Landing, nears topping off
Construction of the steel frame of The Auerbach Center, the future official practice facility of the Boston Celtics, at Boston Landing in Brighton is nearing the building’s full height of six stories. On The Auerbach Center’s lower levels, both fireproofing and pouring of concrete to construct floors have begun. Part of the 15.2-acre Boston Landing development, The Auerbach Center will contain a total of approximately 160,000 square feet of space, including the Boston Celtics’ 71,000-square-foot state-of-the-art basketball practice facility in addition to 85,000 square feet of Class A office and laboratory space and 5,700 square feet of retail.
