The Residences at Boston Landing tops off at 17 stories tall

The Residences at Boston Landing, a 311,000-square-foot mixed-use development in Brighton featuring 295 luxury apartment residences and 16,400 square feet of ground-floor retail, has topped off at 17 stories tall. A topping-off ceremony was held at The Residences at Boston Landing last Tuesday (May 9th, 2017), with speakers including Thomas N. O’Brien, Founding Partner and Managing Director of The HYM Investment Group, Jim Davis, Chairman of New Balance Athletics, Inc, Kevin Adolphe, President and CEO of John Hancock Real Estate and Boston Mayor Martin J. Walsh. The Residences at Boston Landing project team, construction workers and community members all gathered on the project site to formally hoist the final steel beam of the development’s 17-story frame into the sky and install the beam at the frame’s summit.

The Residences at Boston Landing’s residents will be situated steps to multiple amenities and direct commuter rail service to Downtown Boston. It was recently announced that dining options Rail Stop Restaurant & Bar, Kohi Coffee Company and Flatbread Pizza Company will all open at Boston Landing; the Boston Landing commuter rail station is expected to open this month. “The Residences at Boston Landing provides residents the opportunity to have access to spectacular amenities within the building, access to the new retail shops on Guest Street, and will benefit from being across the street from the new MBTA commuter rail station," said O’Brien at the topping-off ceremony.
