1. Echelon Seaport

Echelon Seaport will feature three mixed-use towers containing 1.3 million square feet. Two towers will contain over 400 combined luxury condominium residences, for which pre-sales will start this Fall, and one tower will contain luxury apartment residences. A total of 733 residences and 125,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space will be built at Echelon Seaport, with resident amenities including two signature outdoor pools, an indoor pool, expansive sun decks, engaging courtyards and oversized private terraces. 2. The Aberdeen

The Aberdeen will feature 40 luxurious condominium residences starting pre-sales this Fall, as well as 2,400 square feet of ground-floor retail. Resident amenities will include a fitness center and on-site parking. 3. Clippership Wharf/Slip65

Located on the East Boston Waterfront overlooking Boston Harbor and the Boston skyline, Clippership Wharf will feature 478 residences, including 398 apartments dubbed Dox and 80 sold-out condominiums dubbed Slip65, and approximately 30,200 square feet of retail and community space, including a cafe and a restaurant. Phase One of Clippership Wharf will construct three buildings, including two apartment buildings and the Slip65 condominium building; Phase Two will construct a fourth apartment building. Slip65’s condominiums sold out in just over two months of sales for prices ranging from $700- to over $1200 per square foot, some for prices topping $1.5 million. Learn more >>>

Expected to start construction by the end of this year, the first phase of the 1.981-million-square-foot South Station Air Rights development will construct a 51-story tower over the existing historic South Station transit center with 175 condominium residences above 704,000 square feet of office space and 7,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. 5. Union Point

Weymouth, MA

Upon completion, the 1,500-acre Union Point development will feature 4,000 private residences, including both condominiums and apartments, in addition to over 9 million square feet of commercial space with 1,000 acres of open space and 50 miles of hiking and biking trails. Condominiums are already completed and available for sale at Union Point projects including the 108-unit Brookfield Village, the 200-unit Woodstone Crossing and the 211-unit Fairing Way. 6. One Dalton

One Dalton will be the tallest residential tower in New England at 740 feet and 61 stories tall, with 180 private luxury condominium residences now on sale above a 215-room Four Seasons luxury hotel. One Dalton will feature amenities including a lap pool, a fitness center, a salon with manicure, pedicure and hair styling services, a private yoga and pilates studio, a golf simulator room with a wet bar and a private theater room. A Private Residents’ Club Lounge will feature a dining room, a lounge area, a fully appointed bar and catering kitchen and a terrace with sweeping views of the Charles River and Boston skyline.
