2. Echelon Seaport

Echelon Seaport is a 1.3-million-square-foot mixed-use development consisting of three towers across 3.5 acres in the Seaport District. Two of the project’s towers will contain over 400 combined luxury condominiums, while the third will provide about 300 apartments. Amenities at Echelon Seaport will include two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, expansive sun decks, engaging courtyards and oversized private terraces. South Weymouth

Located just 12 miles south of Boston with direct commuter rail and highway access, Weymouth’s 1,500-acre Union Point master-planned development will soon be home to the Northeast’s first transit-oriented smart-city. Master developer LStar Ventures has already sold several parcels at Union Point to developers, who have delivered multiple apartment and condominium residences to around 2,000 residents, with more development underway. Approvals are in place to construct over 9 million square feet of commercial space, 4,000 private residences, 40 restaurants, 1,000 acres of open space and 50 miles of hiking and biking trails at Union Point. 14 WEST is a 10-story building under construction in South Boston, just steps from the Broadway MBTA Red Line station, that will consist of 49 luxurious condominiums now on sale. 5. One Dalton

Boston – Back Bay

At 740 feet and 61 stories tall, One Dalton, consisting of 712,500 square feet of residential, retail, and hotel space, will be the tallest residential tower in New England. One Dalton's upper floors will contain 180 luxury condominium residences, while a 215-room Four Seasons hotel will sit below. Amenities will include a lap pool, a fitness center, a salon with manicure, pedicure, and hair-styling services, a private yoga and pilates studio, a golf simulator room with a wet bar and a private theater room. 7. 115 Winthrop Square

Boston – Financial District

Cost: $1.02 billion

Height: 48-50 stories / 702 feet

Address: 115 Devonshire Street, Financial District, Boston, MA

115 Winthrop Square is a proposed 702-foot-tall mixed-use tower featuring 36 upper floors of luxury condominiums, 7-9 floors of office space and a 65-foot-tall ground-floor public “Great Hall” lined with three floors of retail space. Notably, a 14,620-square-foot startup accelerator will be built on the second floor. Three levels of parking would be built underneath the building, providing 550 spaces. The project is expected to cost over $1 billion to complete and would replace the decrepit Winthrop Square Garage in the heart of the Financial District. 8. Bulfinch Crossing

Boston – Bulfinch Triangle

Address: One Congress Street, Bulfinch Triangle, Boston, MA

Bulfinch Crossing is a 2.9-million-square-foot multi-phased development project that will replace the existing above-grade concrete Government Center Garage with a pedestrian-friendly streetscape, a public plaza and six mixed-use buildings on two appropriately-scaled urban blocks spread across approximately 4.8 acres. The demolition of a major portion of the garage over Congress Street will allow for daylight to shine on Congress Street for the first time in more than 40 years.

When fully built, there will be 800+ housing units (apartments and condominiums, including affordable units), 1.15 million gross square feet of office space, 200 hotel rooms and 82,500 gross square feet of retail space at Bulfinch Crossing. The first phase of Bulfinch Crossing, a 45-story, 480 foot tall luxury residential apartment building featuring 368 apartments and 55 condominiums for a total of 423 residences, is now under construction. A second 28-story residential building containing apartments or condominiums will also be constructed at Bulfinch Crossing. The reconfigured garage, which will be enclosed on its three principal sides by the new West Parcel buildings, will contain approximately 1,100 parking spaces of the existing 2,300. Learn more >>>

9. 9 Jeffries

Boston – East Boston
