Waterstone Melnea Cass LLC acquires multiple properties for $15.5 million
Waterstone Melnea Cass LLC (Waterstone Development) has acquired multiple abutting parcels at 58 Hampden Street in Roxbury along Melnea Cass Blvd from P&K Holdings LLC, Max Ultimate Food Inc, Hampden St LLC 101-107, and Hampden Street Realty Trust. $15.5 million of land was purchased for the development of Junction58 which will consist of medical office, lab/office, translational medicine, and office space.
