Westford Development Secures $33.98 Million in Construction Financing
The development at 2 Robbins Road in Westford, MA has secured $33,983,525 million in construction financing from Cambridge Savings Bank.
Proposed at Two Robbins Road, would build 180 rental units including 18 three-bedroom townhouses and 162 garden-style apartments of which 20 percent would be affordable. There would be two four-story apartment buildings, four townhouse buildings, one clubhouse with a pool and a parking area. The development would be built on approximately 8.8-acres.
