West Half Update 07/17/19

With Construction Ongoing Leasing Set to Kick Off for West Half

Construction is ongoing for the upcoming 465 unit building, West Half located just steps from the Nationals Ball Park. Leasing will be kicking off before summer's end with first units expected to be ready early next year. The 11-story building will also feature 60,000 square feet of retail space and parking for nearly 300 cars. Resident amenities at West Half will include a private-access tenants’ lounge, a 24/7 lobby, a fully-equipped fitness center and An expansive rooftop area with a pool.
