Wood Framing Nearly Complete for St. James Place in Porter Square
Wood framing is nearly complete for the redevelopment of the St. James church in Porter Square. The new construction will include 46 residential units, 5 designated affordable plus a new retail space. The project will also create a LEED-certified, handicapped accessible Parish House plus a restored church garden. There will be 64 parking spaces, most below-grade, serving both the residences and the church.
