Work Begins on Interior Core for Waterside Place Phase 1B
The interior core for the upcoming phase 1B of Waterside Place on Congress Street is beginning to rise. The 23-story tower is set to feature 307 apartments along with 3,500 square feet of ground-floor retail. 62 of the residences on the project will be "innovation units".
The first tower of Waterside Place, located next door, was completed in February 2014 and features 236 units.
