The 17-story, 440,000 square foot building is 75% occupied by PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC)'s northeast headquarters. PWC has a 15-year lease on its' office space at 101 Seaport. Skanska USA, 101 Seaport's developer, also maintains its' Boston office at 101 Seaport. 101 Seaport features an open floor plan, high ceilings, a roof deck and 25,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. The tower's facade is composed of triple-paned glass imported from Italy. 101 Seaport is the first Boston office building to achieve LEED v3 Platinum efficiency certification.

THE PREMIER FULL BODY INDOOR CYCLING BRAND IS THE FIRST FITNESS STUDIO TO ARRIVE IN THE SEAPORT


March 6, 2017 – Boston, MA – A boon to the Seaport’s fitness offerings, WS Development is thrilled to announce the country’s premier full-body indoor cycling and lifestyle brand, SoulCycle, is now open within 101 Seaport, its 25,000 square foot, street-level retail experience. SoulCycle is the first major fitness studio to open in the Seaport; it neighbors by CHLOE., Aceituna Grill, Tikkaway Grill, Starbucks and Chipotle Mexican Grill, all of which recently opened, as well as the forthcoming Juice Press and Yoki Express. 101 Seaport is a 17-story, LEED® Platinum certified building that is also home to PricewaterhouseCooper’s northeast headquarters. SoulCycle’s Seaport location features a 57-bike studio, home to the signature SoulCycle workout. This will mark the second location for the local, family owned Mediterranean grill, which has earned thousands of fans with its twelve-year old Kendall Square location in Cambridge, MA. Aceituna’s opening at 101 Seaport, sited at the corner of Seaport Boulevard and Boston Wharf Road, is part of 101 Seaport’s 25,000 square foot, street-level retail experience led by WS Development.


Aceituna Grill is known and loved for its healthy, fresh and scratch-made menu. Founded by the Kurban family in 2004, the concept not only speaks to their personal love for food and its ability to bring people together, but also to their conviction that Bostonians were missing out on high quality Mediterranean food.


Each recipe is developed and tested by the Kurbans. Menu favorites include shawarma, a method of slowly cooking deliciously marinated meats on a rotating vertical grill, Mediterranean salads with flavorful seasonings and the freshest of vegetables, vegan falafel and hummus. All natural chicken, beef and lamb shawarma can be added to rice, salads or pita roll-ups, while desserts include osmalieh, a housemade traditional ashta cream pastry topped with shredded filo and simple syrup, and baklava, a traditional filo pastry with nuts.
