Located in Brookline at the corner of Boylston, High, and Walnut Streets and just minutes away from the MBTA Green Line at Brookline Village Station, 20 Boylston Street is a proposed 4-story, mixed-use building that will contain 4,200 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 16 apartment residences totaling nearly 20,000 square feet on the building’s upper floors. The developer is proposing 4 studio, 4 one-bedroom, 3 two-bedroom and 5 three-bedroom apartments, including 2 units designated as affordable. The 4 penthouse apartments will feature private roof decks.


A total of 36 parking spaces will be provided at 20 Boylston Street, including 12 retail spaces at grade and 24 residential spaces, including 23 in an underground garage and 1 at grade. Retail will be accessible from Boylston Street, while the residences’ main entrance and lobby will be off Walnut Street.
