Six new condominiums proposed for North End waterfront
North End Waterfront reports that Richard Walsh, a partner in general contractor Walsh Brothers, proposes to build a five-story residential building containing six new condominiums at 25 Atlantic Avenue along the North End waterfront. Amenities would include a common roof deck and 13 on-site parking spaces. The project's proponent is J3 Design & Development, LLC, an entity managed by Walsh. A rendering of the proposed building is posted above.
Two existing one-story brick buildings at 25 Atlantic Avenue would be demolished to construct the proposed building. 25 Atlantic Avenue is located across from the proposed Lewis Wharf Hotel, a 277-key hotel that would also include 2.5 new acres of public waterfront open space.
