Proposed 11-story select-service Hilton Garden Inn hotel featuring approximately 175 guestrooms. Amenities at 700 Brookline Avenue would include a restaurant, a lounge area, meeting space, a fitness center, a pool, a 24-hour Pavilion Pantry and a 24-hour business center. The hotel would also house a ground-floor cafe with outdoor seating. A 70-space parking garage would be located across the hotel’s 2nd and 3rd levels.

700 Brookline Avenue, also known as 25 Washington Street, is a .437 acre property prominently located on Route 9 at the gateway to Brookline Village. The property is the former site of a Gulf gas station that was demolished in 2016. The following are renderings of 700 Brookline Avenue:
