The property features a 115,361 square foot building that was constructed in 1987. The four-story office building at 325 Main Street currently houses the MIT Coop, additional office space, and a hair salon.

The Kendall Square property abuts the Kendall Roof Garden, Kendall Plaza, and the Kendall Red Line T-Station.

The Approved redevelopment project will feature a 387,187 square foot, 250' commercial building with parking for 150+ plus bicycles. The project will also provide a new pedestrian connection from Kendall Plaza up to the roof garden.
