Proposed two-building, 63,875 square foot mixed-use development featuring approximately 58 apartment residences, 1,730 square feet of retail and 33 resident parking spaces. A total of 2 studio, 25 one-bedroom, 16 two-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom residences will be constructed. The first building, approximately 31,660 square feet in size and located at 3371-3375 Washington Street, will accommodate 33 residences, 850 square feet of retail and 20 interior parking spaces. The second building, approximately 32,125 square feet in size and located at 197-201 Green Street, will accommodate 25 residences, 880 square feet of retail and 13 interior parking spaces.


Each building will contain a resident gym and lounge as well as a ground-level bike room. A number of individual residences in both buildings will have exterior decks. The development is located within close proximity to the Green Street MBTA Orange Line station as well as buses. Construction is anticipated to commence in Summer/Fall 2017, with completion anticipated in Fall/Winter 2018. The following are renderings of the development:
