345 Harrison is a mixed-use development project opening in early 2018 that will consist of two new 14-story buildings totaling approximately 535,900 square feet of new space. Approximately 585 rental residential apartments will be built at 345 Harrison, along with up to 40,000 square feet of ground-floor retail including a 10,000-square-foot CVS Pharmacy. Resident amenities will include a 13th floor Sky Lounge with sweeping skyline views, a resort-style pool and a fully-equipped fitness center. A one-story underground parking garage containing approximately 275 automobile spaces and 325 bicycle spaces will be built along William Mullins Way.
345 Harrison is located across the street from the Whole Foods grocery store and other shops and restaurants at the recently-completed Ink Block Phase One development. 345 Harrison is located in the South End New York Streets neighborhood, an area of Boston's South End that is undergoing significant development. Additional recently-completed projects nearby include Sepia at Ink Block, The Lucas and Troy Boston. Also under construction nearby are AC Hotel South End and Siena at Ink Block.
