The development is located next to another upcoming new-construction building, The Factory at 46 Wareham Street. Together, the projects will enliven the presently dormant corner of Albany and Wareham Streets, which is located steps from the SoWA arts district and the South End’s multiple shops and restaurants.


88 Wareham Street is the second phase of The 1850, a development project whose first phase was completed in June 2009 and entailed the conversion of a 90,000-square-foot warehouse at 90 Wareham Street into 60 condominium residences with 25,000 square feet of commercial and retail space.
