Project Progress: Construction Complete

100% Complete (success)

Atelier is a centrally-located 363 unit high-rise in Downtown Los Angeles and offers excellent transit options including convenient freeway access, the future L.A. Streetcar system and nearby Metrolink hub, which recently extended its service to the beach.

The building itself sits on 10,000 square feet of retail space near the trend-setting South Park neighborhood and one block from 7th Street’s Restaurant Row. The residential units have contemporary floor plans, expansive floor to ceiling glass and hi-end modern finishes including Bosch stainless steel appliances, Italian-style cabinetry, quartz countertops and upgraded lighting throughout. Penthouse units have additional features including wine fridges, paneled refrigerators and range hoods, as well as upgrades to lighting and the surrounding corridors.

The project offers premium amenities including an expansive landscaped courtyard with large resort-style pool, cabanas, spa, green space and a dog run. The main amenity level on the 5th floor includes an indoor/outdoor courtyard deck, state-of-the-art fitness center and clubhouse, screening and private event rooms, as well as a Wi-Fi lounge and business center. The 34th story penthouse floor features a rooftop deck and clubhouse with expansive views.

Studios start at about $2,200 a month, while one-bedrooms begin at about $3,100 and run up to around $5,000. Two-bedroom units are in the upper $4,000 range, while three-bedroom formats are only available on the penthouse level (pricing is being finalized, but expect to pay at least $15,000 a month, according to a leasing representative). The amenities include a 24-hour concierge, a fitness center, pool deck with spa and cabanas, a rooftop space with a “splash pool” and grilling areas, and more entertainment spaces that can host large groups.
