Redevelopment of Boston Volvo Village’s 5.3-acre property, located in a prime location steps from the new Boston Landing commuter rail station.
The project's first phase, the restoration of the historic 5-story, 71,000-square-foot office building at 61 North Beacon Street, is now complete.
61 North Beacon Street will house a new dealership and offices for Boston Volvo Village, as well as ground-floor retail and 28,000 square feet of upper-floor office or R&D space for lease.
Preliminary plans call for the present 4.1-acre dealership at 75 North Beacon Street to be redeveloped by Boston Volvo Village into three new buildings, which could include multifamily housing. The following are renderings of the Boston Volvo Village Redevelopment:
