Five-story residential building in Boston’s South End featuring 44 rental units completed in June 2019. The new building expands on the existing adjacent 155-unit Douglass Park residential development, which features 122 apartments and 33 condominiums in addition to 7,000 square feet of retail and a 146-space underground parking garage.

The new building's 44 rental units include 10 one-bedrooms, 29 two-bedrooms, and 5 three-bedrooms. Eight units at the new building are designated affordable.
