Thomson Reuters occupies 190,000 square feet across the buildings, with additional tenants including Zipcar (46,200 square feet), Catalant (26,961 square feet) and DrugDev (16,463 square feet). The 10 buildings include the following:

  • 25 Thomson Place
  • 26 Thomson Place
  • 30 Thomson Place
  • 35 Thomson Place
  • 36 Thomson Place
  • 44 Thomson Place

Invesco is currently repositioning three buildings, 47 Farnsworth Street and 25 and 44 Thomson Place, adding new ground-floor retail along Farnsworth Street, Stillings Street, and Thomson Place while carefully restoring the buildings' historic facades. Repositioned space will total 70,000 square feet of retail, including a new 16,000-square-foot brewery by Trillium Brewing Company, and 43,220 square feet of office space. New glass facades will be added in existing facade openings, and shutters will be reintroduced on upper levels. Sidewalks will be widened, and a new pedestrian plaza with green space will be added along Thomson Place near the intersection with Seaport Boulevard.
