About One Greenway
99 Kneeland Street, Chinatown, Boston, MA
New-construction housing development located steps from South Station and the Financial District. One Greenway’s first phase features The Tower at One Greenway, a 21-story tower at the corner of Kneeland and Hudson Streets, which opened in Fall 2015, containing 217 luxury apartment residences including studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms. On-site amenities at The Tower at One Greenway include an 11th floor lounge with a kitchen and terrace, a fitness center and a yoga studio. Residences feature luxurious finishes, with many featuring moveable kitchen islands, walk-through closets, balconies and sweeping views of the Boston skyline.
Adjacent to The Tower is 66 Hudson Street, a 10-story mid-rise that is also part of One Greenway’s first phase, featuring 95 affordable apartment residences, and The Green, a new landscaped public park. Also overlooking The Green is 88 Hudson Street, One Greenway’s second phase, a 50-unit affordable condominium building currently under construction. In total, 145 housing units at One Greenway, 40% of total inventory, are designated affordable. A total of 3,300 square feet of ground-floor retail are located across Phase I of One Greenway, with tenants including East Boston Savings Bank, as well as 5,000 square feet of community space and 135 underground parking spaces.
