Boutique condominium development opening Late 2018 featuring nine floor-through new-construction residences located in quaint, exclusive Bay Village at the intersection of the Back Bay and South End steps from the Theatre District, Beacon Hill and Downtown Boston. Residences at The Marc will include four two-bedrooms ranging from 1,800 to 2,000 square feet, and five three-bedrooms up to 2,400 square feet in size.


The Marc residences will feature amenities including direct elevator access from the building’s garage, two parking spaces per residence, smart home technology, gas fireplaces and a distinctive blend of classic & timeless finishes. Most residences will feature private outdoor space; The Marc's two penthouse residences will feature private roof decks. Prices for residences at The Marc will range from $2 million to $3.8 million.


The Marc will be set in a stunning French Renaissance free-standing former church and rectory building built in 1883, formerly home to the Our Lady of Victories Church and rectory from its’ inception in 1883 to its’ closing in 2016. The following are renderings of The Marc:
