About Upper Washington
Affordable mixed-use residential and retail development project in Dorchester's Four Corners neighborhood. Upper Washington features two new buildings containing 35 rental apartments reserved for households earning no more than 60% of area median income (AMI) and 3,500 square feet of retail space. Apartments include four one-bedrooms, 21 two-bedrooms and 10 three-bedrooms.
Upper Washington's four-story East Building contains 23 residential units, and the development's three-story West Building contains 12 residential units. Nine units at Upper Washington are reserved for formerly homeless families.
A playground and a total of 25 parking spaces are located at Upper Washington. Multiple public transportation options are located within walking distance of the development.
