Bomar Construction, Inc. was founded in 1980 by Leonard Marinaccio, Jr. We are Volusia general contractors specializing in commercial construction, located at our current address on South Orchard Street in Ormond Beach since 1985. We are a family business: Leonard Marinaccio III is now majority shareholder and is President of the company. Leonard Jr. is a minority shareholder, CEO of the company and remains active in day to day operations. Our two key employees (Vice Presidents/Project Managers) have each been with the company in excess of 30 years. The majority of our work is in Volusia and Flagler Counties, and comes primarily from repeat clients and referrals.
