Joe Albanese founded Commodore Builders 15 years ago. In 2012, Commodore Builders accelerated the growth and increased the capacity to serve clients with the acquisition of A.J. Martini, Inc., a 60-year old construction management firm with an exceptional reputation for quality and integrity.
Commodore’s projects range from tenant interiors to ground-up facilities. The work spans multiple markets including Commercial, Institutional, Healthcare and Life Science. Commodore’s senior leaders have deep roots in Boston and strong ties to the building community. Each of Commodore’s principals has more than twenty years of experience working with the industry’s finest construction management firms. This experience has enabled Commodore to deliver a new level of industry best practices for project controls and management and an unprecedented passion for client service.
