During these years of business, we have been able to sustain an expanding workload, diversify and grow our client base among both the public and private sector, and increase our staff five-fold.

Our engineers perform their work in an open environment whereby project challenges and solutions are discussed on a daily basis. Our “Working Principal” philosophy also allows our senior level associates to provide input on the daily design issues and discussions that arise during development, while also being the single point of contact for our clients to streamline project delivery and team responsiveness. This single point of contact will ensure continuity between deliverables, staff reviews, and provide our clients with a high level of comfort in knowing that there is always one primary person to call with questions and comments.
