West End on Fulton

Glassdoor Leases 52K SF at Upcoming West End on Fulton Developer Trammell Crow has signed a lease with Glassdoor to occupy two full floors at the upcoming West End on Fulton. Glassdoor will occupy 52,000 square feet of the 300,000 total within the Class A project. With this new office, the recruiting and jobs review site will more than double its number of Chicago based employees from 300 to 800 total. While West End on Fulton was originally planned as an apartment project, Trammell Crow decided to pivot to offices after reassessing demand in the area and they are pulling out all the stops in the amenities department. The building will feature View Dynamic Glass, to let in more natural daylight, a key amenity employees want and need as it has been shown to have positive impacts on wellness and productivity. The View Glass will also cut down on energy costs. Additional amenities at West End on Fulton will include a rooftop deck that includes a gaming lawn, a beer garden with grill stations and fire pits, an indoor/outdoor lounge and bar, movie screening area, dog run, and community garden. There will also be a fitness center on-site along with covered ride-share drop-off and pickup area.  Construction on the 14-story tower is expected to wrap up this coming April.


Sentinel Square III

Construction is Ongoing for Sentinel Square III Construction continues for the upcoming third phase of Trammell Crow's 1.3M square foot Class A office project in the heart of NoMA. Phase III will include 540,000 square feet of space, 473,000 of which has already been leased to the FCC. Construction is expected to wrap up in December of this year. 


Alexan Wrentham

First Units in Alexan Wrentham Nearing Completion Construction is rapidly moving forward on all three buildings at Alexan Wrentham, the 240 unit rental development that will anchor the Ledgeview Way project just off 495. Alexan Wrentham features a mix of 1, 2, and 3 bedroom luxury apartments, most with a private balcony. Resident amenities will include a 7,000 square foot clubhouse with lounge, business center, and fitness space.  The property will also offer a large pool, outdoor lounge, and a pet park. First units are expected to be complete in June with the final stages of the project wrapping up in the fall of this year.    


Middlesex Marketplace

Burlington’s Middlesex Marketplace trades for $29 million Trammell Crow Company has acquired Middlesex Marketplace, a 38,243-square-foot outdoor retail mall located just off of Interstate 95/128 in Burlington, for $29 million. The sale of the mall, which was built in 2013, amounts to over $750 per square foot. Newmark Knight Frank represented the property’s private seller and procured Trammell Crow as the buyer. Middlesex Marketplace is located across from the Burlington Mall and features a free-standing Del Frisco’s Grille, as well as tenants including Bassett Furniture, Qdoba Mexican Grill and Visionworks. Trammell Crow also acquired The Shops at Mall Road, a 31,623-square-foot retail property located at nearby 112 Burlington Mall Road, for $14.75 million in Fall 2017.
