The firm has over 30 years of experience dedicated to the redevelopment of San Jose and Silicon Valley’s submarkets. We believe in a Silicon Valley Open Source model that allows us to partner with the best external team for each project. This has proven to be cost-effective and create joint alignment and speed to execution. We have all worked for large vertically integrated real estate company’s and find that model to be a bit dated and inefficient.
