    - Mar 25, 2020

    Site Clear at 425 Border Street in East Boston Demo of a former auto body shop at 425 Border Street in East Boston is now complete. Once the construction ban is lifted developer Navem Partners will begin work on the approved 5 story residential building. 425 Border street will feature 16 modern condos along with a 16 car parking garage. The Eagle hill site overlooks the Chelsea Creek & Tobin Bridge and is just a few minutes from Maverick Square.

    Permit Pulled for 6 Unit Project at 34 Dix St. in Dorchester Project architects, Choo & Company have pulled a permit for construction of a new 6 unit project at 34 Dix Street in Dorchester. The $1.1M permit also calls for parking at the rear of the property. The project site is located just a few blocks from Field's Corner.

    CO Issued for Tremont 1457 A certificate of occupancy has been issued for Tremont 1457 in Mission Hill. The new mixed-use project features 40 apartments and 7,200 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. The apartments feature quartz countertops, stainless appliances, wood flooring, and private terraces. Amenities at Tremont 1457 include a common roof deck, BBQ grill stations, and a fitness center.

    - Mar 17, 2020

    Framing Underway for 31-39 Newbury St. in Quincy Wood framing is underway for the upcoming 6-story building located along the Neponset River in North Quincy. The building will feature 72 apartments and 106 parking spaces. As part of the project, the development team will widen the narrow street and extend a sidewalk up to the property from Hancock Street a block away.

    BPDA Approves 218-220 Old Colony Ave. South Boston Project The Boston Planning Board has approved the 5-story mixed-use project at 218-220 Old Colony Avenue in South Boston. The new building will feature 32-unit residential units and approximately 1,700 square feet of ground-floor commercial space. 33 garage parking spaces are planned for the building’s two-level garage, which will include six mechanical lifts.

    Construction Underway for 460 Washington Street  Construction is underway for the redevelopment of the McNamara Funeral Home site along Washington Street in Brighton  The original building will be renovated to include 4 residential units while new construction on the site will feature 24 additional residential units and 48 parking spaces.

    BPDA Approves 100 Lincoln St The Boston Planning Board has approved the 32 unit condo project at 100-110 Lincoln Street in Brighton. Four units within the project will include designated affordable. The new building will be just minutes from Boston Landing and also include parking for 27 cars.

    Six Glover Court Condo Project Approved The proposed 34 unit condo project at Six Glover Court in South Boston has been approved by the BPDA. The development will combine seven parcels near Andrew Square. Along with the condos, the building will also include parking for 14 vehicles.

    Early Stage Construction Continues for SOBO Place Foundation work is ongoing for the upcoming 6-story mixed-use project, SOBO Place on West 5th St. in Southie. The building will include 50 apartments plus around 1,400 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Amenities will include a common roof deck with grills and garage parking for 44 cars. 


    30-32 Condor Street
    - Feb 09, 2020

    Foundation Work Underway at 30-32 Condor in East Boston Foundation work is now underway for the upcoming luxury condo project at 30-32 Condor Street in East Boston. Hemenway Construction, the project GC, is working to install a series of nearly 100 helical piles on the tight Eagle Hill site. The new building will feature 6 modern homes over a 7 car parking garage.  Construction is expected to last through July.

    - Feb 05, 2020

    425 Border Street Financed for $6.37M The approved condo project at 425 Border Street in East Boston has been refinanced for $6.37M, via a bank facility through North Shore Bank. The 5-story building will feature 16 luxury condos over a 16 space garage in the Eagle Hill Neighborhood. The development team at Navem Partners purchased the approved project in December of 2018. Construction of the project is expected to kick off in February.  The financing was arranged by FinanceBoston, a local real estate capital, and advisory firm.
