The building at 244 Hanover Street is part of the 2 building development which also includes renovations at 20 Parmenter Street. 244 Hanover St. will include 16 apartments plus parking underneath the building for 25 resident cars. 20 Parmenter Street will feature 12 units.

38 Unit Project Approved in Roslindale The 38 unit rental project at 43 Lochdale Roade in Roslindale has been approved by the BPDA. The 4-story building will also feature 39 garage parking spaces on what is currently a vacant lot.

Core Rising for The Ceinture in Southie The concrete core is rising for The Ceinture, the upcoming luxury condo project near Broadway Station in Southie. The six-story building will feature 54 condos along with a ground-level garage with space for 41 cars. Amenities at the building will include concierge service, a state-of-the-art gym, a club room, communal workspace, luxurious finishes throughout and a common roof deck with gas grills overlooking the Boston skyline.

Based on the transit-friendly location, no parking is included in the upcoming project.

Construction Continues on 40 Unit Project in Mission Hill The structure is in place and windows are going in for the upcoming mixed-used Mission Hill Flats development along Tremont Street. East Boston Development Acquired for $2 Million Developer, 101 Condor Street LLC, has acquired the development site at 101-105 Condor Street in East Boston for $2 million. The approved Project consists of the re-development of an 8,650 square-foot commercial site situated at 101 Condor Street in East Boston, by the construction of a new four-story building containing eighteen residential units, and eighteen accessory off-street parking spaces located in the buildings at/below grade garage. The garage will be entered and exited via Condor Street, which has access to Meridian Street.  


400 Dorchester Street

South Boston Development Financed for $12 Million Cedarwood Development has financed its project at 400 Dorchester Street in South Boston for $12 million via Needham Bank. The approved six-story, 35 unit residential building in South Boston's Andrew Square will include 3,165 square feet of ground-floor retail. The commercial space will include a 2,535 square foot restaurant. The unit mix includes 5 studios and 30 one-bedroom units.  Six units will be designated as affordable.
