The Company targets development opportunities with total budgets in the $15-$50 million range . Both rental apartments and for-sale condominiums are possible.

- Renovation of obsolete buildings, where the highest and best use requires conversion.
- Repositioning of existing properties, where a higher return can be achieved through a value-add program.
