Golani, Architect, founder of BMG Architect, was trained at the world famous Cooper Union School of Architecture in NYC. He worked for a number of notable NYC based architecture firms. Through his work experience he developed a strong sense for architectural design, composition, scale, and materials. Mr. Golani is also a partner at BEAM Architects, a Brooklyn based architecture firm that specializes in ground-up multifamily buildings. As the licensed architect Mr. Golani has gained an unparalleled knowledge and experience working with the NYC Zoning Resolution, Building Code, and the related city agencies including the DCP, HPD, EPA, ULURP, BSA, DOT, DPR, LPC, and Community Boards.
