Our History
Boston Trade was founded in 1979 as a supplier of linens and textiles to hotels, hospitals and nursing homes. The business grew through direct sourcing from manufacturers in India, Thailand and Bangladesh. Over time, the need for a more holistic procurement program for our hospitality clients became clear. As a result, Boston Trade leveraged its procurement know-how into hotel FF&E procurement and design during the mid-1990s . While our hotel clients grew their portfolios, we grew with them. Today we have designed and procured on behalf of hundreds of hotels across the country.
Our Team
Boston Trade was started by brothers Pravin and Sudhir Patel. Having grown up around an entrepreneurial father in Kabwe, Zambia, they decided to forge their own path in the US and have led the business since its inception.
Pravin and Sudhir are supported by an experienced staff of professional designers and project managers who will help guide the design and supply needs of your project from start to finish.
