The Chapman Family has been in the parking business in New York for close to 100 years. Aside from owning and operating parking garages, we own various commercial and residential properties in New York and throughout the country. We also maintain passive and active interests in other businesses, most prominently based in hospitality. Over the decades, we have worked with many different tenants for our properties, including institutions such as schools and hospitals as well as government agencies and various for-profit entities. We are long-term holders of real estate and think generationally.
