Since 2009, The Cincotta Co. has been involved in real estate development and investment in the Boston area and beyond. We design, permit, develop, and manage complex boutique urban projects across the hotel, multifamily, office, and retail asset classes.
We're currently engaged in multi-phase development projects in Downtown Boston, South Boston, and downtown Sarasota, Florida. We seek out properties that are located in dense urban areas and interesting neighborhoods with a sense of place. Our strategy is to work with local stakeholders to entitle development that will both add to and fit in with the neighborhoods in which we build. We build to own and remain invested in the neighborhoods as an operator and business owner.
