Framingham Project Mortgaged for $26M
59 Fountain Street in Framingham has been mortgaged for $26,681,265.00 via Avidia Bank. The Fountain Street project, currently under construction will convert the existing historic mill building into 160 residences. A new 6-story building will also be added to the site to include 98 residences for a total of 258 within the project.

A series of permits for gas and plumbing work valued at $3.545M have been pulled for the 2 building project at 1550 Soldiers Field Road.
