Redgate & Preservations of Affordable Housing Inc, have filed a full project submission for the redevelopment of the Clarendon Hill housing development in Somerville. The proposed project consists of the construction of up to 591 rental dwelling units, of which 375 will be affordable to households earning between 60%-110% of the AMI.
